Easyforsure was founded by Mr. Prashant Shukla and Mr. Ankur Dhawan. Living most of their as an expat and traveling from one place to another, the challenges that they faced was the same. That challenge was to maintain and keep the same lifestyle wherever they are. Therefore, the idea of Easyforsure developed. The platform is designed is such a way that it takes only a few minutes for expats to find their lifestyle with no stress and no worries.
Easyforsure offers vendors an opportunity to increase their online presence and their online marketing through different social media channels which Easyforsure is associated with. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
If you paid online, you will receive an email confirming your payment, you will receive another email once the vendor has confirmed your booking. We will let you know if the vendor is not available at the scheduled time and we will set another time and date for you.
If you chose the option, pay at venue, you will receive an email to confirm your reservation, the moment your reservation/booking has been confirmed by the vendor you can go to the venue at the scheduled date and time.
How do I change/cancel my booking? At the moment, it is not possible to change your booking. However, you can however cancel the booking and book again. You can cancel a recent reservation or booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time by logging into your account and going to "My Bookings" page and press "Cancel". You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
If you paid online, we will refund your booking within 5 working days using the same payment method you used. It might take some time for the money to be transferred to your account, depending on the payment method.
My online payment failed, what now?
Make sure you have sufficient funds on your bank account, and try again. If it still does not work contact us! You can reach us through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to create an account to make a reservation or a booking? Yes, we only allow registered users to make a booking/reservation.
Do you charge a fee for online payment? No, do not worry, Easyforsure will not charge a fee if you choose the online payment option.
Is it safe to pay online at Easyforsure.com? Yes, it is safe, we use an encrypted environment for all online payments, this will be visible by the SSL lock shown in the top left side of your browser.
How do I redeem a digital voucher or discount code? You can redeem a digital voucher or discount code at check-out.
My discount code is not working, why? If you are having trouble with your code, check the validation date and be sure that you are using the correct code.
What happens to my online payment if I cancel my booking? You will receive the full payment back within 5 Working days.
Can I pay in cash? Yes, you can pay with cash at the vendor (if the vendor accepts cash payments).
Do I pay tax on Easyforsure?
Yes, all the prices on Easyforsure include VAT. .
